In 2021, we may be utilizing more of the outside space of the building if COVID protocols are in order. We do have a fenced in back yard area and large front yard where we monitor students closely.

Coach Todd and Coach Tiffany have been running these camps successfully (along with other great NCC Coaches) since 2007.

We are hoping to be able to offer all camp members unique NCC t-shirts again - we are currently working to find corporate sponsors that would like to help us fund this with their logos on the back.
Cancellation Policy:
We give parents a 2-week window prior to the camp to cancel. There will be a $10 fee to cancel to cover processing fees incurred.
$350.00
$370.00
PARENTS - PLEASE PUT YOUR CHILD'S NAME FIRST WHEN REGISTERING (NOT YOURS, YOU WILL BE PROMTED LATER FOR YOUR INFO AND EMERGENCY CONTACT INFO)

Official camp hours - 9 AM to 4 PM.

Doors open at 8:30 AM and close at 4:15 PM. Students picked up after 4:15 PM must pay a $25 fee (no deposit required).

Students must pack their snacks and lunch. We will only have small, individually packed water bottles for the kids unless the COVID protocols required of us by the City of Nashville change.

We will follow all current required COVID protocols at the time of the camp required of us by the City of Nashville to operate.

Each camp will be led by Coach Tiffany and Coach Todd. 24 students max at each camp, with 4 volunteers max at each camp (contact Coach Todd to apply to volunteer).

Camps are K-8, although sometimes high school students interested in the game do register. Just contact Coach Todd with questions - some camps there are more K-3 kids, some more 5-8 kids... it really varies and then, of course, in chess - there are K-3 kids strong enough to compete with and beat the high school kids! The chess mind does not age the same way the body does!
