About this event
NCC will open at 6:00 each Monday now for our new monthly classical tournament run by NM Rory Wasiolek!
Play will begin at 6:30 pm and will be one game each Monday. Time control is G/90 with 5 second delay. There is a $5 entry FOR THE WHOLE MONTH! No prizes, just long rated games; while pairings would be done in such a way to avoid large ratings differences.
Registration will be from 6:00-6:15 each Monday.
There would be no obligation to show up for every week of that month, we would simply pair whoever shows and give whoever doesn't bye's appropriate to their rating. (Higher rated players get full point byes, while low rated players get 0 point byes, and those in between get half points to make the pairings more reasonable.)
Each tournament would start the first Monday of the month and end on the last.
